In collaboration with Essen Health Care, our IMG Program provides structured clinical and community-focused experience to support IMGs transitioning into the U.S. healthcare system.
The program combines hands-on exposure, academic enrichment, and mentorship within a diverse, high-volume clinical environment in the Bronx, New York. Participants strengthen clinical reasoning, communication skills, and system-based practice while gaining meaningful insight into patient-centered care in underserved communities.
Our IMG participants represent a truly global cohort, with physicians rotating with us from countries including India, Pakistan, Mexico, Egypt, Ecuador, Brazil, and many more.
