Volunteer:
What type of Volunteer Opportunities are available?
We are currently looking for below mentioned volunteer opportunities:
Administrative:
Assist with office duties such as inputting patient data into our medical database and enrolling patients in public benefit programs. You can also help inform patients and children in schools about upcoming events or services by making phone calls or outreach.
Outreach:
Venture into the community to educate people about our community and public benefit programs. Assist in promoting NYREACH and its partnership services through health fairs, nutrition, and immunization clinics at schools. If you enjoy interacting directly with a diverse set of people, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Information Technology (IT):
Put your tech knowledge to use by helping our IT department with various assignments, such as setting up new desktop and laptop computers, installing new phone lines, or fixing broken computers and printers.
Photography:
We wish to capture images of our wonderful patients and community members engaged in fun and creative activities and events. We’re looking for a volunteer to take digital photos and videos of events, such as CME’s, holiday celebrations, awareness events, educational lectures, etc. These images will be used to help tell people about the opportunities we have and that will help to make a living healthier.
Is there any time commitment for Volunteer opportunities?
We leave that to you, how often you would like to volunteer! Whether it be several times a week or just once a week or month, we are happy to accommodate your schedule. We only expect an assurance of being able to rely on your attendance and commitment for the days you sign up for.
Is there any eligibility for Volunteer opportunities?
You have to fill and submit the Volunteer application form on our website. If we have an appropriate placement then you will be invited for an interview.
Other eligibility criteria are:
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Complete a Volunteer application
- Interview with us to determine areas of interest and possible assignments.
- Complete a background check
- Complete a drug screen and volunteer orientation
Partnership:

We are more into community services, so any ideas that helps to improve the quality of life and develop our community, will be welcomed.
Is there any eligibility to submit your ideas or being a partner?
There is no as such eligibility criteria to Become a Partner. The final decision on partnership will be mutual and has to be supported by our Board of Managers.
